However, we understand that there may be situations where a customer may wish to return a product. To make the process fair and transparent, we have designed a return policy that protects the interests of both our customers and our brand.
Products can be returned only under certain conditions. We accept returns in cases where the product is delivered in damaged condition, the wrong item has been shipped, or if there is a genuine manufacturing defect. As perfumes and attars are personal-use items, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tested. This ensures that every customer receives a fresh and hygienic product.
If a product reaches you in damaged or leaked condition, please notify our customer service team immediately with photographs of the package and product. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund, depending on your preference and availability of stock. Similarly, if you receive the wrong fragrance or quantity, we will ensure the correct item is shipped to you at no extra cost.
Returns must be requested within a limited time window after receiving the product, generally seven days. Products returned beyond this period will not be eligible for refund or replacement. The item should be in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase such as order ID or invoice. This helps us process your request smoothly and without unnecessary delays.
Refunds, once approved, are processed through the original mode of payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take a few working days to reflect in your account. For replacement orders, shipping is handled by Usmaniya Aromas, and customers will not be charged additional delivery fees. In rare cases, if the desired product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable. These include products bought during clearance sales, special offers, or limited-edition fragrances that are specifically mentioned as non-refundable. Personalized gift sets and custom orders also fall under the non-returnable category. We encourage customers to carefully read product details before placing an order to avoid inconvenience later.
Usmaniya Aromas reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. Misuse of the return policy, such as repeatedly returning used or tampered products, may lead to restrictions on future orders. Our team constantly monitors feedback and strives to improve the shopping experience, but we also ensure that the policy remains fair for all genuine customers.
